The purpose of The Music Club of Greenville is to encourage the appreciation of music, to stimulate musical interest in Greenville, and to support education in the field of music.

During the 2008 - 2009 Club year,  The Music Club of Greenville has contributed $4,500.00 to College Scholarships for students majoring in music or dance.

In addition $1,000.00 has been given to one Public School for a new bass for the String Program.
